His solo project is pretty solid. From what I understand his band didn't agree to play the last few shows before disbanding so he had to whip this up pretty quick

Considering that, its pretty not-bad with a lot of genre diversity and most of that done well. The chiller tracks work better but I love his voice either way. Mud is definitely the worst track for me, trying the most to be "metal" when I think its clear he didnt have the resources to properly pursue it on his own. ... read more

I know this whole album is supposed to be suicidal thoughts and ideation, but something with the first 4 makes it seem like more like "yeah, im so cool a edgy, see how i talk about suicide?" rather than what I think the album was supposed to be like. Common Ground carries the entire album because that song is sooooo good.
