80 • pretty good dancefloor dnb album

Just a short statement: this record is pretty solid throughout, with almost no bad tracks in it. Not to mention tracks like Somewhere, Skyline and CTRL are pretty well-made (let's ignore the lyrics on Skyline, ok?)

Grafix's "Half Life" is a wonderful drum and bass debut record. Going solo, Grafix has honed in on a darker drum and bass soundscape that plays around with both the liquid and dancefloor subgenres. If there was one thing about this record that stood out to me, it would be its consistency. In a good way, all the tracks sort of blend in together. Definitely some of the better drum and bass out there.
