holy shit i really hope i got the hebrew right adding this album.
habiluims first album, self titled, is truly a tasteful mix between the doors, tally hall and a bit of ethnic israeli music with amazing lyrics about wanting to live in garbage trucks and being in love with russian girls.
im really disappointed this wasnt earlier on aoty but i urge you to listen to it if you want some indie prog rock from the 00s that hits home even if you need to go to youtube comments for even the most basic ... read more

The more I progress my musical exploration, I realise one of the most important factors for a band or an album is whether they have their own individual sound. You know, something you can't really find anywhere else.
Habiluim is definitely that - lyrically genius and provocative, combining a rough rock sound with Jewish folk which juts out a lot of crazy tracks on this record. Some songs here are seriously amazing.
