This record reminds me of The ConstruKction of Light quite a bit in terms of songwriting, but it doesn't have all the electronic stuff TCoL had. It feels like it was played by actual human beings, lol. Songwriting is quite strong, performances of all 3 musicians are really strong. Overall, just a really nice record. Kind of wish it was available more broadly so more people could listen to it, but oh well.
