I really don't know what she put on this but it's more addictive than cocaine. Amazing vocals, good writing and great production but most of all some of the catchiest hooks ever, bar none. Most of the times I have more to say about albums I give 100, but in this case I just feel like my enjoyment trumps any critique I have.

This went way beyond my expectations, not only it feels like they barely left but they also haven't sounded this alive since Midnight Marauders; similarly to their 2nd and 3rd album there's so much to every little song, adding to that there's also an incredible production (shoutout to Jack White for those insane guitar solos). God this was HARD to go trough, I didn't expect to dislike it as much as I did.

"Find a Way" is such an out of place amazing song for this album it's not even funny.

"Find a Way" is such an out of place amazing song for this album it's not even funny.
Definitely the most disappointing yet, it's not the biggest drop off of all time, but at different parts of the album it sounds like they barely wanted to finish the song. It's not all boring, there's still some pretty nice bangers than get to the level of the other 3 albums.

After having listened to other artists and a bunch of other hip hop projects I decided to come back to this and damn, how many songs that I hadn't even liked before clicked really hard. Front to back there's barely a second wasted, very similarly to his next album. The storytelling is obviously the main attraction, both for single songs and for the entire album story.
