For a long time after Das Racist, Kool AD's output was commendable, sticking to his anti-rapper movement, far too self-aware to even include one even remotely serious bar, devoted to lampooning swag rap in an artistically rich manner. His off the wall wordplay, bizarre nonsensical imagery and abstract stream-of-thought holding a lot more meaning than it was given credit for.
