The present work is a best-of compilation, but I will only focus on the included "End Of Life" demo from 1993. If you happen to own the original demo tape... STRID can be seen, so to speak, as the true precursor band of today's DSBM (Depressive Suicidal Black Metal). Besides BURZUM, no other band has shaped and molded this sound as much as STRID.
