It took me quite a minute to get into Jacquees' music after I first discovered him. Actually, I found this mixtape, "Mood", initially to be just okay to me upon first downloading it ages ago. Less than a decade later, I finally see the appeal in this project.
Jacquees may call himself the "king of R&B", but he's just simply good. His vocals aren't exactly what you'd write home about, but his swagger and confidence make up for the lack of range. Which ... read more
