This kind of style can easily become overwhelming but the French outfit have such a smooth, silky output that it’s simply a joy to exist in the same era as such a forward thinking collective.

The Orb showcases that pure brutality can only get you so far, and that more complex forms of aggressive music still have areas yet to explore. Progressive Tech Death is a realm that few bands get to grace. GOROD are perfect torch carriers who are able to play with the big boys like Meshuggah, Psycroptic, and Cynic.
