After a 6 year hiatus after their underwhelming Ice Cream Castle, The Time returned with a brand new album to start of the 90s. Pandemonium is an album that is very out of touch with the kind of music coming out at this time, yet somehow manages to be a well done throwback to when Funk was more popular in the mainstream.
