Very flat and uninspired, however it gives insight into his next releases, not the worst and kinda nostalgic for me
It does kind of hint at what James would go for on later releases, but it still sounds like bad YouTuber music. It's still catchy and fun, but it's flaws are so apparent that I find it difficult to vibe to this song. Though as far as YouTuber music goes, I've heard a LOT worse.
The first James Marriott song I ever heard a few years back. Coming back to it, I think I have the same opinion on it as the one I had when I first heard it: it’s fine. Definitely not that bad, still a bit enjoyable and it makes sense as the lead single for the EP. Just not something I think I’ll really return to that much.
