Invocation

Now and again I like to step out of my comfort zone and listen to things that I wouldn't normally necessarily listen to. This was one of those occasions. This LP reminds me to take risks musically because otherwise I might never hear records that are well worth hearing.

Stoner metal isn't a genre I dip my toe into too often but this is a really excellent album with crunching, grinding, droning guitars and strong vocals throughout.
