Under-appreciated. If you’re looking to get into microsound then in my opinion this is a far better starting point than someone like Ryoji Ikeda. He’s great, but a bit intense for someone who’s unfamiliar with the genre, kind of like how Merzbow is to noise music. This album is captures a soothing feeling in a way I haven’t seen anyone else achieve in this genre, besides maybe Taylor Deupree.
