I enjoyed Jaymes Young's prior EP a fair amount (the best song on here is the 3rd or 4th best on that EP), but unfortunately it sounds like he ran out of ideas afterwards. His vocals are quite solid, but the writing here is very uninteresting and most songs blend together into forgettable mush. So many lines are just some variant of "your love is my drug".
