Following a great EP from last year, Yonaka released a new single, and I like it! First song of the year for my 2024 playlist. I like the direction they took with this track and the menacing style, Theresa sounds fine, nothing particularly interesting in the vocals, and the lyrics aren’t exactly exceptional either, but the instrumental and production are really fun, so good job.

Not the best start for Yonaka this year if I’m being honest. The electronic sounding chorus is just not for me at all. The song redeems itself a bit near the end, but the effects and backing vocals just feel really cheesy and are thrown in without any real purpose in my opinion.
