Generally speaking Marshmello tends to more or less water down whatever artist he collaborates with, and while that definitely seems to be the case with this track as well, the difference is that Space Laces is a strong enough act to genuinely cut through any shortcomings of his collaborator.

That being said it's a bit predictable for Space Laces even if it still kicks pretty hard.
