Wow. So 34 years after their last release, and this being their third release overall, this band comes back with not only a fucking slammer of a thrash album, but their best album they’ve made to date.

I really hope the album cover isn’t AI because the music on this album is fucking fantastic.

Punishment For All is a great way to start the record, definitely reminiscent of Exodus but it's a strong track, solid thrashy chorus, it's not anything new but great energy and really well done. Its a really strong thrash track period.

The production is pretty strong and there's a decent bass tone. Close My Eyes isn't bad but feels more directionless in comparison to the dialed in opener. High Anxiety brings the energy back, great riffs and pace on this one. 5 Minutes Till Suicide gas good ... read more

The first Atrophy album since 1990, it's great to see this band return after so long.
Asylum isn't my favourite release from them but it's still an incredible Thrash album with a lot that I absolutely love about it, 'Punishment for All', 'High Anxiety' and 'Seeds of Sorrow' make for an amazing beginning to the album. 'Distortion' and 'Bleeding Out' are my least favourite tracks here but I still really enjoyed them, if everything else here is a 10, those two tracks are 9s for sure.
