I was looking for discussion and some more info about midwest emo and somehow it lead to rym. And to it’s credit, although ugly it has a lot of helpful information about genres and the development of them. Anyways this was tagged as like the earliest midwest emo album by date and idk about that. I was expecting more soft vocals and instrumentals but honestly this album sounds like a emocore album.
