Feng - Weekend Rockstar
70

why are people allergic to fun; this may not be revolutionary but it's a good listen #freefeng

SZA - SOS
79

favs - seek and destroy, low, F2F, ghost in the machine

78

despite producing so many tiktok hits, this album stays unnervingly underrated
favs - been like this, need to know, love to dream

A$AP Rocky - Don't Be Dumb
73

second half really brings up the quality
favs - robbery, don't be dumb, whiskey (release me)

Dave - The Boy Who Played the Harp
88

right when we needed it the most. so so necessary; I swear Dave might be a superhero

Taylor Swift - The Life of a Showgirl
NR

if we took all the good songs from here, ttpd and the anthology we really could have a good Taylor swift album. not sure if it's just nostalgia bias but the quantity over quality trap she's fallen into here is becoming more apparent with each project; take a break, Taylor.

Tame Impala - Currents
85

perfect album to get into autumn, impeccable sequencing and some hidden bangers fr

Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS
81

Tyler delivers a summer dance anthem right when we needed one the most. This project feels like the love child of Pharrell and old Tyler's flow, with production that never disappoints and good vibes all around.
Favs - Ring Ring Ring and I'll take care of you

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out
85

epicccc stuff man - the pharell beats, the flow, the bars; all around this is such an entertaining album to listen to and I WILL be coming back
favs - p.o.v and so be it

KATSEYE - BEAUTIFUL CHAOS
NR

Definitely a fun listen that left me wanting more. Above else it just makes me wish they gave full creative control to the girls: let Lara produce, let Manon write etc. They're such a talented group of girls with potential for a project way greater (and longer) than this.
My biggest criticism would be the heavy engineering - all the voices really sound the same.
Fav - Gameboy and Gabriele

Addison Rae - Addison
70

lived up to the hype I set imo, girly classics I will definitely be playing at the end of summer
fav: headphones on

N*E*R*D - In Search of...
NR

brain weirdly reminds me of the second half of fish by tyler

Luke Hemmings - boy
88

need a whole album like this please and thank you

Wasia Project - Isotope
88

they've done it again folks

Billie Eilish - HIT ME HARD AND SOFT

Silk Sonic - An Evening With Silk Sonic
100

the chemistry these two fellas have carries this thing

Charli xcx - BRAT
85

never been to a club but ik exactly what it feels like now thanks to Charlie
fav - everything is romantic

Rina Sawayama - Hold the Girl
85

people failed Rina so hard here. this is not a SAWAYAMA part 2 and it's not meant to be. deal with it.
the emotional compass and songwriting is at the core of this album. she explores themes of childhood, generational trauma, parenthood, religion, LGBTQ+ struggles, and racism in such an introspective and refreshing way. this album has it all: melancholy ballads in minor feelings and forgiveness to dance anthems in your age and Frankenstein (not to mention the banger holy til you let me go ... read more
