This album is just sooooooo fucking good. I just wish that TIk-Tok didn't co-opt it in the way that they did. Arguably the best vocals of any album ever, Not a single skip on this album either, perfect from start to finish.
Only wish that Buckley knew how to swim, dumbass.

This album almost single-handedly fixed my relationship with my fake lesbian boyfriend.
This is a masterpiece of chamber music and of such a new style of post rock that has unintentionally released a great evil onto the world. Wow, so many of these copy-cat bands suck, except RMP. But this album is just so good from start to finish, it sounds like if British theater/art kids invented country.
It's not as overrated as some say.

Wow, just insane how good this album is. It quite literally is perfection from beginning to end. It really shows how long Gira has been in the game to be able to perfect his sound to a level of quality this high. Some of these songs pull such a strong emotionally reaction out of me, and others make me stare off into the distance like the end of the world is occurring before my eyes.
Just insanely good.

Genuinely one of the most beautiful and otherworldly piece of media and art ever crafted. It's not impossible to find other works that sound like this, but it is impossible to find any work that captures the mastery of the genre and raw emotion woven into every song of this marathon set live performance. One of the only albums to ever make me cry.
The last 4 minutes may be the greatest part of any song ever, and this rendition of long season is my favorite song OAT by a long shot.

This album and movie has influenced my music taste, personality, and dancing since I first listened to it way more than I'd like to admit. Genuinely a masterpiece of funk, disco and groove. Probably the most dance-able album ever created.
A masterpiece of the art form, David Byrne's energy is off the charts and the playing from the entire extended line up is perfection.
