I unfortunately am condemned to be a Joji fan, but I think this album is rated too low in all honesty. Of course it'll have some weak songs, but I really do like his stuff.

This album is really sweet. I do have to admit some songs are mildly forgettable, but there are some true bangers on this album (also Nearly Daffodils live on KEXP is a must). I've never heard of English Teacher before but I'm hoping this album is just the start of even better to come. Is it going to be a top five album for me? No, but it's still some really good music that I recommend you check out.

It’s hard to listen to this album again, it’s beautiful, but it’s difficult. It really is soul crushing, my friend wasn’t wrong. Check it out if you’re in a good headspace.
