i decided to pick and listen to a random album at the record store and came across this, i really enjoyed it, it’s kinda crazy it has no reviews and barely any ratings
very enjoyable listen and i really liked the vocals, feels a bit unoriginal tho
honestly, this album’s overall pretty underwhelming and does not live up to the expectations set up by his previous work
i believe the strokes evolved in a really good way after releasing this album - still, i find it awesome :) it’s such a staple for the evolution of indie rock and just filled with bangers tbh

nick drake’s soft, somber and nearly haunting voice, along with his wonderful lyricism, make this one of my favourite albums ever: It’s simple but incredibly emotional and intimate. it holds a very special place in my heart. so beautiful.
