hell of a first album. my head was bobbing along the entire duration. the whole thing flows together seamlessly making for a smooth listening experience without any low points. just such a fun listen. will be blasting in the car for the foreseeable future.

liked this quite a lot. every song here has a very dramatic feel to it with the way they build up it's pretty cool. all the metal-y stuff sounds great & the more electronic-y stuff blends well with it. string section & the way it goes into the end of the song in divine attack was probably my favorite bit. also the chorus to believing sounds a lot like all the things she said by tatu but only the very start of it.

theres nothing here that doesn't work for me. the production is incredible on every single song and björks voice sounds so so good no matter how unconventionally she approaches things. army of me is easily one of my favorite album openers of all time & its oh so quiet somehow never gets old no matter how many times ive listened to it. björk is one of the goatiest goats of all time
