Fatano was spitting when he called this the 2nd best Outkast's album
no diss to Aquemini (i think it's amazing), but to me this is the definitive rappity rap Outkast album
both artists got room to shine, incredible production that still sound very Outkast-y, insanely catchy choruses, and most importantly: NO FILLER
might be insane dick ride but i'll give Outkast the honor of the first rap(pers/group) to receieve two 100's from me
