The album is mostly great and has some really good songs, but I just feel like it starts to sound the same after a while. The second half of the album is especially boring for me, but the songs are still pretty good.
Yep, it's his best album and arguably one of the best hip hop albums of the 2010s.
What?? This was released in 1969? My ass,the production on this album is insane.
To say this album is bad would be an understatement, it's genuinely dreadful. Not the kind of bad you can enjoy ironically, just plain bad.
But of course that's just my opinion.
Aside from "Let it Happen", "The less I know, the better" and "New person, same old mistakes", the album is kinda boring? I don't know, it could be much better. Maybe a revisit is needed.
This album (along with IGOR), made me fall in love with music. It was also one of the first albums I listened to in its entirety, cause I originally didn't bother listening to a full-length album.
This album is, like, the bomb when it comes to progressive rock. The production is insane, and you'd never believe it dropped way back in 1972. It's just so fucking good, like a beautiful mess that you can't get enough of.
