I literally cannot find a flaw with the album. At first, it seemed a bit much for me, but as time went on, I just couldn't stop listening to it and obsessing with each track. So much so I can't hold back anymore and not give it a 100 until I find a time to write a whole essay on how beautiful this piece of art is. Holy shit.

the amount of eating that is happening on this record, all the time, constantly, is worrying.
povodom skore objave z-ovog trećeg albuma, objavljujem svoje reviewove z-ovih albuma do sad!

povodom najavljenog trećeg albuma z++-a u skoroj budućnosti, objavljujem svoje reviewove oba zvijeva albuma!
Thank God the god damn spam control for this album has finally been disabled, 'cause I got stuff to say💀.
Anyway, onto the album. I think nobody expected this sound from the band, especially after the first single Overcompensate firmly led us to believe Clancy was going to be a sequel to the critically acclaimed Trench. I don't necessarily believe that that strategy was the best, as it immediately makes everyone's expectations of the album much more specific, but I digress.

Good pop, especially for one of her first works of art. At times, I feel messages Lorde is trying to convey come off a little on the nose and slightly cliche-y, although it's undeniable that production and lyricism is for the most part innovative. The shallow joys of consumption, the false bravery of teenage years, and the fight to differentiate and find yourself in a sea of information are all relevant themes relevant this day, and ones which Lorde sings about in a way that ages quite ... read more
While I do admit I have a deep early teen emotional bond with this album, as time goes on I find myself not having the energy or the "cringe capacity" to listen to significant chunks of "Blurryface".
The lyricism and production is at times innovative and fresh, while at times extremely cringe and predictable. While I applaud Tyler's long fight against s*icide and depression and agree that, as a songwriter, you probably have certain opinions/feelings you wish to express ... read more
There are a few reasons that, in my opinion, justify my rating.
Production on "evermore" fits the stories and the mood of this album. It's not overbearing, and while it does incorporate the same folk sound "folklore" did, it does it in a distinct way.
Even though one of the premises of both of the mentioned albums was that they were merely a product of Taylor's imagination, those illusions break at first listen to anyone who has any remote knowledge on Taylor. On ... read more
