self taught musician (at least not professionally cultivated) Khalil Fong did his debut , some of his early works even had his mother '梁茹嵐' to be one of the songwriters . Khalil Fong's mother made a career in music industry , and thought to be the very first person to unveil his talent '第一位音樂伯樂' . Undoubtedly Khalil's ability to imitate and recontribute soul music to Mando-&Canto- music industry was historic , though his impefection and ... read more
easy-as-F DJ mix , with only one bar of Drum Break , three lines of Vocal Sample , blurred mixing
greatest collective ? Red Hot Org still doing some favor to less-known musicians
Side A has a much better mixing than Side B , especially the #1 of Side B , unbearable... But #3 of Side B has the best sound in this project , making me so confused
Colde and his team just took some similar DEMOs and made this EP ... Really forgettable melodically .
the drummer tried to break rhythms into even units : real-time tribal percussions and classic Roland Drum patterns were put together without further polishment . Sometimes the Cowbell & Clap sound just not fitting in , as he almost used that in every track of this mix . The outcome was not progressive enough to fully-fill the length of the project
indie mixing sucks
(I am still willing to listen to some INDIE /Midwest Emo /Shoegaze , but mixing plays even a bigger part in these production , if you fail that things would get worse)
Instrumental at the openning , really with some BLACK MIDI flavor ... If you know you know . As someone had a little talk with me before I sat down to listen , yep the mixing of her projects , especially drums , is with some major problems and need to be improved . Considering some experienced rock producers to help with might be a good choice , that I just read about the story between Nirvana , Butch Vig and Andy Wallace .
add-ups just sound like some social collaboration , it is hard to consider the '+' positive for the overall presentation .
it still makes me laugh and confused to see some comments consider this project to be 'Electronic Music' , that I have to write down some review about this musicality . As some of you might know , Chace used to be identified as 'DJ' and 'Electronic Music Producer' , but the songs from this project , aside from the dance-track 'Tunnel Vision' , 'Fight Club' with some tribute to the New-Jack-Swing /Electro Swing era , rest are heavily influenced ... read more
I listened to BIBI when she released her EP project <Life is a Bi...> with creativity and individual-ity . Time passed and things changed a lot . My DAW skills honed and my listening habit shifted after years .
Really happy to see the legendary producer stevenc4stle back , producer of BIBI's <Life is a Bi...> and several singles before her time joining 88rising . BIBI's EP before her blast of fame was full of genius sparkles and her poignance spending time struggling as a ... read more
aside from the visual , the listening of this mix provided a not-even-sufficient experience to fulfill expectations
Okay now ... I assumed that /tripleS and /LE SSERAFIM are the best in intros among K-Industry
repetitively exhausting with two 'how to dance' lines , feature's vocal was not properly processed , not mixed into a whole
