This album is hecking amazing. I think the rock-pop-trap genre mix fits Julia's voice and style much better than the pop-trap stuff she did prior. Love this.
Favorites - Fingernails, Loser, In My Room, You've Lost A Lot of Blood
I've been a fan for four years, and have slightly lost interest in the band in the past two. I thought this almost folk album was pretty pleasant to listen to. People love to dog on the lyrics but its unrelatability is the whole point of the album 😭 I can understand why AJR may not click with some people but the passion they have for their music is quite admirable.
Y'all aren't cool or different for hating on this. It's really not that bad. Did we need or want it? No, but I think most of the hate is just for clout.
