Ice Nine Kills - The Silver Scream (Final Cut)
85

I already liked The Silver Scream, but then they dropped this and added one of my favorite songs they’ve ever made, Your Number’s Up. I truly think this is the best way to experience The Silver Scream, and I would highly recommend this version of the album.

¥$ - CARNIVAL
5

This is Kanye’s FEIN, and it’s going to get the same rating I gave FE!N because Kanye pretty much just changed the font on a bad essay and turned it in. I dislike FE!N and CARNIVAL equally end of story.

Travis Scott - FE!N
5

This is genuinely the most overrated song I’ve ever heard. My brain just can’t fathom how people actually enjoy listening to this this was the start of brainrot music. There isn’t a single thing I like about this song.

Sleepy Hallow - Die Young
60

This song is better than 2055 it has more going on, and I think Sleepy and the sample work really well together. It’s good, just not groundbreaking.

Sleepy Hallow - 2055
45

This is a fine song. It’s a vibe, but it can get boring pretty quickly. It’s not a deep track just one you throw on once in a while to chill and vibe to.

IShowSpeed - Shake Pt.2
32

It’s genuinely crazy to me that this has a 73. I think the only reason it’s rated that high is because of the IShowSpeed meat riding. This is a bad song it’s just a bass-boosted club beat that Speed shouts over. The verdict it’s a bad track, and the only reason it’s so popular is because of his 12-year-old fanbase.

Lyrical Lemonade - All Is Yellow
35

This album is below average. The bad sounding songs outweigh the good ones, and some of the features don’t work well together. I agree with what Danny Fantano said about this album "it has the vibe of a RapCaviar shuffler, which works just as often as it doesn’t." Over all none of the songs really feel like they belong together on the same album.

Childish Gambino - Camp
70

This is a good album. In my interpretation, it’s a reflective piece on hip-hop where he challenges the “I get hoes and money” bragging mentality. He also talks about relationships, both as an artist and as a person. Overall, I think this is a solid album.

Lil Mabu - AT WHAT COST?
50

This is the only song where Mabu is actually open and transparent about some of his feelings. It’s a real curveball, and people hate on it just because it sounds like NF which is a really dumb critique. I don’t even like NF, but I can still say this song is fine.

Jack Harlow - Hello Miss Johnson
70

I think this is a really cool romance/love song from Jack, where he talks to multiple people. This is the first love song I’ve seen where the artist talks to the mom, which I think is really unique and cool. Overall, this song is good, and I like what it brings to the table.

1nonly - Stay With Me
30

I feel like this song isn’t great. It’s 2 minutes and 20 seconds long, and the first 20 seconds are just the sample. Then the chorus is reused an obnoxious number of times I counted four times he repeats it, which is kind of crazy.

Hanumankind - Big Dawgs
60

This is a good gateway into his other music, but I wouldn’t call it a perfect track. It’s above average, but I’d definitely recommend checking out more of his other songs.

Lyrical Lemonade - Stop Giving Me Advice
75

This is a really great track. Both artists did a really good job covering important topics like questioning why someone gets to give advice, and Dave touching on the artist lifestyle. Overall, this is a really solid song.

Lyrical Lemonade, Juice WRLD & Cordae - Doomsday
80

This is a really good song. It sounds great, and you can tell Juice WRLD’s label wasn’t behind it because of how they mishandle anything related to him. It feels like it was all the respective artists doing their thing. Overall, it’s a killer track with really solid rapping.

Fred again.. - Victory Lap Five
65

4 out of the 5 verses are good, but the fifth verse completely ruins it. It feels like the worst case of someone just throwing in random noises to try and sound cool or hard and it really falls flat.

BoyWithUke - Faded
55

These songs had a lot of promise, but I can’t get past the high pitched background vocals. If those weren’t there, this could’ve been a really good EP.

Marino - devil in disguise
45

It’s below average, but I think the hate is a bit unfair. Just because it’s similar to BoyWithUke’s music doesn’t make it bad. I like the guitar and the overall lyrics. It’s not as bad as people say, but it’s not a really deep or generational track either.

Hanumankind - Kalari
75

Good EP all of the songs left room for growth and set the stage for his later projects like Surface Level and Monsoon Season.

Jack Harlow - Set You Free
65

This song is a really strong follow up to Tranquility. I think it does a lot of things well, but it’s definitely a weaker track than Tranquility or anything off Jackman.

Marino - Lust
50

This song usually wouldn’t be my style, but I can admit when something’s good. I really like the duet format they went with it’s a solid song, just not game changing.

"@CurryEldenwood, I was expecting a better verse with how social media was really hyping his verse. I just ended up having high expectations, and with how a lot of people were saying Em's verse was bad, I just found it underwhelming. Thanks for asking and wanting to have a discussion about it."
