yeaaaah idk. a lot of the songs near the beginning feel underdeveloped and his vocal approach often sounds way to similar to his contemporaries. i've always been a big fan of how kenny mason is willing to mesh the sounds of hard rock/punk into a melodic trap sound but a lot of the times, the instrumentals just sound too cheap to sound as dope as they could theoretically come across.
im still interested in kenny mason as an artist, but i just wish he would fully recognize his ambitions with his sound.
that jean dawson song is great.
