instrumentals are good. vocals can be quite repetitive. the whole thing feels kind of impersonal and one-dimensional. it feels like watching your child grow up and rebel, and wonder where their childlike wonder went. despite that, it's still nice.
really neat sound. has a lot of potential. I just wish the individual songs themselves were more concise and memorable
production was great. main gripe i have is some of the lyrics. there is no subtlety to the lyrics at all and it ruins the flow any time some wack bar comes up
there's a vibe, and it is executed FLAWLESSLY on every single song. every song is emotional, memorable, catchy, and beautiful. i dont even come from the world of vocaloid and i still find this to be an amazing album. it doesn't do a ton of different things, but what it does do, it does to a very high standard.
shohei amimori's most challening album. it mostly follows a repeating formula of pretty song followed by ugly/scary song. there are a few times where it works but most of the time i think the unappealing parts very heavily outweigh the pretty parts to the point where it's not worth it. "non-auditory composition no.0" feels like im being tortured by the CIA, and anytime that metal slamming happens i'm getting punched in the face. quite unique i must say.
