This is such a great great album—even better than Strange Mercy! Tbh maybe i got a soft spot for psychedelic stuff but this is her most cohesive and instrumentally lush so far. I love it so much and probably my most favorite psychedelic soul ever.
I get the hype but it sounds a mess to me. Very inconsistent and repetitive. There are 2-3 redeeming moments but overall it's just another generic electropop music. I hope she could find her own sound in the future tho.
