As a HUGE twenty one pilots fan, I can confidently say that this their definite best album. It blows every one of their previous albums out of the water in terms of production, maturity and the overall album experience.
There are only a few things that I dislike, which are some of the track placing (The Hype after Neon Gravestones) and the fact that some songs maybe stretch out a bit. Other than that, I love this album.

This album grew on me so much, I feel like I need to give it a perfect score.
Is it a perfect album? No, never.
But everything about it, from the production, to the lyrics, to just the small things like the piano and string lines just stick out to me personally so much. I wouldn't do myself justice if I didn't give it a 100.

maybe too long, with some tracks that could've been left out, but it's amazing for what it is.
the lyrics and melodies are catchy and simple, the production is top notch and post malone improved on pretty much every front since stoney

best: rockstar, paranoid, psycho, sugar wraith
worst: otherside, jonestown

2024 edit: did not age great

gotti is maybe the best song here (except for billy i guess) and even it has BIG flaws like the vocals.
it adds a bit of a break for the screaming, which is EXTREMELY needed after 11 tracks of it.
