Boyinaband - Life is Fun

This song is sooooo bad. I hate it when songs teach children positivity despite the overwhelming negativity surrounding the world. I think we should all listen to sad piano music all the time because I hate it when people have fun and enjoy something. I used to like this song as a kid, but now I can't like anything that's too optimistic because it is corny and disgusting. Anyway, my parents don't love me.

Vanessa Hudgens - Sneakernight

The instrumental is incredible, but whoever decided to give it to Vanessa Hudgens should be cast to the 10th circle of hell. It honestly feels kind of racist too, by just the way she delivers the vocals. She didn’t do badly, but it feels uncomfortable to listen to, because of the seemingly racial undertones and the stupid topic she decided to go with. I would understand if you’d like the song for the silly concept and the qUiRkY flow/lyrics, and if so, then more power to you. I will ... read more

Apathy - Where's Your Album?!!

In the Hip Hop world, there really are very few emcees as skilled as Apathy is. The dude has some true talent, which is why it pains me to say that this album was really bad. There are a few positives about the projects, like his vocal delivery, for example. Ap really knows how to put the most emphasis and punch into each word that comes out of his mouth - he really has an incredible stage presence. His rhyme schemes are great too, best highlighted by the track ‘The Lesson - ... read more

Miles Davis - Bitches Brew
90

Very experimental. Definitely not an album to start with when being introduced to jazz, but when you learn to enjoy the genre-defying and confusing sound, then I heavily suggest a listen. It's one of those albums that make you rethink your perspective on music and art as a whole - it's truly incredible.

Harry Mack - Contents Under Pressure
70

Harry is one of my favorite artists period, so this was disappointing listen. Definitely solid, but I expected more.

Boney James - Body Language

Good thing to put on in the background. Definitely nothing groundbreaking, but it's a solid listen.

Billie Eilish - HIT ME HARD AND SOFT
80

She's very talented, and the album is surprisingly creative in its story/concept and especially production. Solid listen. Lunch is not a good song though.

Deltron 3030 - Deltron 3030
80

Really great listen. No really high highs in the production, and Del doesn't really have that much of a range lyrically/vocally. Also, the album recently had its 25th anniversary.
