A bordeline transcendant experience at some points. The breakdown on Toska sent my soul flying through the universe fr. It's criminal that this is only 7 minutes long.
While not actively bad, it's incredibly derivative, repetetive and forgettable.
A melancholic exploration of human emotion as well as a critical look at society as a whole and where it's headed.
Great album with great sound and production. The main reason this isn't getting higher than an 80 is because the songwriting on half of the songs really isn't doing it for me. At it's best, Songs For The Deaf gives you some great riffs, engaging melodies and catchy choruses, but some tracks lack all of those.
