this shits so good bro i waited for this for ages, literally spam replaying the few singles we got literally none stop, this album is so good
literally only one or two songs that didn't stick out, pretty much every song was just amazing
i really really wish some of the songs were longer as most of them were around or even under 2 minutes, however it doesn't take away from how cool this album is!

bro i was on a train during this album and near the end of “Does Your Friend Have a Name or Should I Just Call Him Lawyer?” are these reverbed screams that are mixed to be like behind you, and i full thought someone was just having a full meltdown on the train bruh that scared me so bad
raw, atmospheric and amazing.
this album despite its length is really just an incredible listen, every song exhibits this insane energy that really hits every time
the contrast of the horrific screaming and pounding drums against layers of washy dark guitars gives this sense of emotion that i honestly love.
they are on tour right now and i really hope they announce dates in my city so i can see them 🤞🤞

this album is REALLY overhated, i genuinely think its not bad. it really is DEFINITELY acquired taste, but this album is genuinely hilarious and amazing, like including a FULL cover of crank that by soulja boy (and its lowkey not bad).

“tomorrow, we rise again” has a small 8 second hot cross buns cover which is absolutely incredible.
all of the instrumentals were amazing, the vocals were really great too

extremely short, i was definitely not large fan of the vocals, especially the way they were mixed, instrumentals were pretty good though the drums were amazing.

i walked into my local record store on the 27/04/2025, i love this place, i go there all the time and on this specific day i decided to have a little look around. i noticed a new band shirts section, consisting of mainly local band shirts. i stunble across one which i just thought looked AWESOME, i instantly looked up the band “oslow”, a local post-hardcore sydney band that broke up a couple years back. this is the first of their music i have listened to and i literally love it. ... read more

right, i have like no idea about the other projects behind this artist, only heard this one during an aoty rabbit hole, it definitely has SOME blackgaze themes, but in my opinion doesn't fully cater to the "blackgaze" label (music wise), however im pretty sure from doing some research (correct me if im wrong) it uses some sort of different language that was invented by a black metal band/artist??? (which probably does add a bit to it) but in fairness i'm not completely indulged into the genre, like im a fan of deafheaven and sadness (which is pretty much the tip of the iceberg)"
