The first handful of tracks are really enjoyable and have different sounds and influences to them. The end tracks can kinda lose me but overall not a bad album from mother mother.
Dark and frankly kinda beautiful at points. Both headphones on immersed af in the world The Cure painted with each song.
Loved Carolines voice but the production and actual music just didn't click for me very well.
While weaker then the last album it's still hard and hits pretty damn hard.
This is one of the hardest metalcore albums I have listened to in a minute absolutely full of life and energy.
The only saving grace was the guitar and drum work cause holy fuck the rest of it is rough.
It's good but they come into their sound a lot better on their record but this lays some great ground work.
Is it the black parade, no not even close. But you can tell a lot of these bands had a blast recording these. Cancer, mama, teenagers, and dead stand out for having their own distinct ideas and being a good reimagine.
It was actually a lot better then I was ready for and has some really good songs on here.
It's loud and in your face and literally lets you know who Midori is. The fusion of genres is perfectly done and there is just not a miss on this thing.
Nothing that hasn't been said already it's great.
This would be higher rated with a rerecording because the singing would be so much better but it's still good.
This is by far their best album it's edgy and catchy as hell. It's like they turned up the theatrics and had so much fun with it.
Kinda in the middle of the road emo that didn't do anything to crazy to stand out for me.
