This grew on me a lot—LIKE A LOT—probably a top 10 album of all time for me, and my new favorite Pink Floyd album (sorry A Saucerful Of Secrets)
How the fuck does Pitchfork have the most sane review?
I don’t feel like writing a review, not because it’s bad or anything, but because I’m lazy + it’s been done a billion times. In short, it’s genius in its politics, the concept is great, the lyricism is fantastic, the production is mind-blowing, and tracks 2–4 are some of the best rock songs of all time, etc.
Also, this is one of the greatest album covers of all time. Seriously, the album sounds exactly like this incredible image and makes me excited whenever I’m listening to it.
