Everyone is over hating this album imo. It’s by no stretch of the imagination an amazing album, But having over 30 songs and releasing a “deluxe” with 4 extra songs with more than half the songs being good is definitely not bad. Overall, Carti went 19/34 on this album. Definitely not a 60, but nothing spectacular either.
Nothing inherently wrong with this whatsoever. Music is subjective so I know this music ain’t for everybody, but this album is pretty damn good. It’s cool Ken went back to that Teen X sound. Having no features either (besides the last song) is also pretty cool. It lets us hear Ken by himself on 21 songs. If ur a fan of rage music, I recommend this album
Really Good album from Kendrick. No skips at all and one of my fav albums this year.
Out of this and 500K Degrees, this is slightly better imo. Just like 500K, beats are hard and Benji delivers good lines and flows pretty well throughout this whole album. Pretty Solid
Really good album from Benji. One of my fav underground artist at the moment. He flows so well on all these beats. Speaking of beats, they’re all hard and well produced. Him and Mayday need to continue working together.
