Meh. I don’t know why but I just find Earl Sweatshirts rapping so generic and not interesting. The lyricism isn’t too special for me and I’m just left kinda, bored. Genuinely can’t say much about the opening, just kinda a nothing track that I genuinely had no clue when the track changed. The one artist that no matter what I just can’t seem to love is The Weeknd. Just every single song he makes sounds the same to me and I just find most of his releases snoozefests. But surprisingly his new album isn’t as bad for me. The opening had me hooked with the Dawn FM opening followed by the high songs of Gasoline and How do I make you love me? The tracks that JPEGMAFIA was releasing throughout 2020 were some of my favourite but when it’s all complied together it doesn’t really stand well in an EP. Doesn’t mean that I won’t stop jamming to tracks like BALD! But it does mean that this EP will probably forgotten for me

Very polarising album. Half of this I actually love, the lyrics are good, beats are pretty entertaining and the final product is solid, but at the same time half of this is boring shit and just feels like filler to fill up the album. Just wish that the songs had more impact half the time.
