The album where Jacob really finds his sound. I feel like the energy he brings to the project is a nice change of pace that demonstrates a level of artistic maturity. With certain exceptions, this is his best written project, and worth a listen, then immediate relisten.

JoJo Siwa - Guilty Pleasure

At only 5 songs, it's really hard to fault an album for overstaying it's welcome, but by song two I was checking the runtime. Jojo Siwa can't sing even on the most technical level, and even if you switch out the singer, this album is subpar dance pop. Not even worth it for the meme.

OneRepublic - Artificial Paradise

As one of the last few OneRepublic defenders out there, this album is mostly a miss. With a few exceptions, the songs here are either so generic and boring (Hurt, Serotonin) that they moonlight as lullabies for Imagine Dragons fans or they are painfully obnoxious (I Ain't Worried, West Coast, Mirage). Eminem - The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)

The first half is a slog to get through (how many times does one man need to bring up Caitlyn Jenner?) but the second half adds a much needed change of pace. Still not enough to fully save the project but enough to add some songs to revisit (Fuel, Temporary come to mind).

The bigger issue with this album is the idea that Eminem still thinks he's a badass and everyone is trying to cancel him.

Marshall, you have to be relevant to be cancelled.

Main Character Syndrome meets BPD: The Album

Lyrically, this album is comprised of made up scenarios where Jax is the smartest person ever and always right while also being extremely insufferable and #sad.

Sonically, this album is a YouTube Ukulele tutorial combined with GarageBand rock presets that were mixed using Airpods and a broken iPad.
