Alright at it best, it's really good album, sorry to say, but for album that give me high hopes and put high standard in judging this. It's just not catchy and don't have appeal to revisit again. Production-wise is really good, but quite messy, and this album really have great at the back, but not so much good at the front.
Standout: Godstained, Monday, Thundrrr, Forgone
Why this band sonically want to be Xiu Xiu so much? Like I don't understand, and it's not sound so harsh as they debut album.
It's just downgrade for me.
Nothing standout in this album except "Cinderella", just feel bland and sound shallow all tracks.
Maybe my guilty pleasure of this year?
Really, enjoy the happy vibe they bring in this album.
Feels outdated tho, like this kind of an album that better released at 2000s than this decade.
Mixed feeling about this, I can't stand reggaeton vibe in early of song, just feels like forced.
Vocal is not so good, and why they need autotune tho. Not fans of autotune in metal
I feel cringy listen to those lyrics, many word doesn't supposed to be there. And some quote that only 14 years old feel it deep.
But props for drums, and interlude section man. And I think that's the only what save this tracks.
Really wish "Sleep Token" , focus instrumental like ... read more
Despite solo section, and dream scape sound with gaze-y guitar track.
I can't find something that so intriguing in this single.
Bit repetitive, but still sound cool. Especially at the ending, that seems will be continue for the next tracks in album
Sounds really generic and forgettable as single.
Not really bad, for comeback single
Good, but forgettable for me, the direction and experimental sound they try to create is somehow feel off.
This is their worst album, but still good considering how high their standard in creating album.
Hidden gem, but not gonna rate as classic in city pop genre, still Tatsuro Yamashita still legend of 80s for me
It feels this album, the most frutiger aero vibe of all time.
Especially in "The Flower Called Nowhere" Tracks.
Really good & innovative album from 90s
Guilty pleasure, so many nostalgia and good feeling listening to this.
Only song I really like from Ed Sheeran
