First listen: 70
Gonna relisten as I kinda had it in the background and couldn't absorb it all, but pretty decent project on first listen
Second listen: 75
Overall, a good album with a good message, not sure that the rock aesthetic is for me, but I will revisit this project multiple times.
In my humble opinion this is Cole's best album, and the fact that it is only rated a 79 is a crime against humanity.
Cole delivered a solid project. Kind of wanted more for his supposedly retirement album but I can’t really complain about this project, it’s all around pretty good.
Edit: it's good
Phenomenal album and the only downfall of it is it being so long.
I need to hear the Sayonara beat on an actual song though I was vibin with that beat
Ok NF, there's something here, specifically with WASHED UP I quite enjoyed that. Give Me A Reason had quite an enjoyable beat as well.
As for the other 4 songs I did not enjoy them, James Arthurs singing hurt me. MGK's verse was fine but I didn't enjoy the instrumentals.
1 more compliment, the music videos are phenomenal, incredible work went into that, especially washed up.
I don't think it's a good sign that speed has one of the catchiest songs of 2025
Good album with good songs, just not 100% my vibe, I definitely liked songs like lover girl and tough luck a lot more than the slower songs.
JID did great without a doubt, was hoping for more slower songs like Lisa, but still a great project. Eminem's autotune sounded wack to me, but the flow on that song was still phenomenal.
Logic really released his worst projects at the height of his career and it might have cost him wider commercial success. Before 2017 and after 2019 he has released multiple solid projects.
Edit: This project has some of my favorite songs and they are really replayable so I'm bumping my rating from a 70 to an 85
