Spotify discover weekly thank you for leading me to this album

Solid project, though when I was looking for an album I was looking for something a little more chill, but nothing wrong with this project, overall good flows and good production.

None of these songs are bad, but none are really memorable either. I feel like listening to the entire EP through the songs just kinda started blending together.

I rated this album a while ago and never commented on it. But it was honestly a good album and the amount of hate she gets is undeserved after winning the Grammy. Anxiety sucks though.

My friend wanted me to listen to this album, he doesn't like my goat JID, and I'm disgusted by such behavior. the album is fine btw.

I want to like this but it kinda just sounds like background music

Solid project, I'm grading it pretty much separately from SOS as it could have been long enough to be it's own album. I feel like it's good but songs just stand out less then they did to me on CTRL or SOS.
Best songs to me were BMF, Scorsese, and Kitchen

Edit: After months of this album being out some of these songs have lost their replay value for me. But other songs I didn't listen to as much like The Heart Part 6 stand out way more, still a solid project but probably one of Kendrick's worse projects.

Decent project, but not what I was expecting. Not bad just not my vibe.

Gonna be honest it felt kinda mid, I liked some songs, but also please never put Sexxy Red and Glorilla on the same song again.
Edit: Upon relistening sticky isn't as bad as I thought, still don't like sexxy red's part though.

Good flow, reminds me of JID who is one of my favorite artists right now. Beat is solid too.

Nothing about this album is bad but it feels like it's missing something. Some songs feel like they have too much going on and others just don't sound right. It's a solid debut album, her vocals are good but I think they need to be more focused on the songs, the beats are extremely distracting considering her voice is the highlight. This is an above average debut for sure but it's not great either. Definitely potential for something more though.

Look DDG, your beats aren't bad, your flow is meh, but your lyrics are HORRID. Rap about something other than women for once gang.

I went into this album expecting mid at best and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. It's Logic so obviously he is occasionally corny, like we get it you're mixed man, but to be honest no song was horrible. A few were pretty mid but songs like Interstellar really stood out to me. Logic honestly sounds really good on slower R/Bish type beats.

Edit: The more and more I listen to this the more and more I like it.
