GYBE is good, this album is the best example of it.
Perfect textures, production, layering, mixing, soundstage approach, ambience, execution, originality, enjoyability, what the fuck are you doing if you've never listened to this album. I OBLIGUE YOU TO LISTEN THIS MASTERPIECEEEEEEEE
this is the best record from them, LYSFLATH is amazing but... This just takes you to another emotional peak on East Hastings, such a perfect song and for me, the best of them. That monologue adds to that song what I've never expected on this record. All of these songs are incredible too, you think is just East Hastings? This whole album for me has the best 3 songs on their entire discography (or at least 2) easy. Adding to how each of these songs blend into the other track and bond them so perfectly, brings enough material to be one of the best albums of history.
Dark ambience with such a haunting note on each of these tracks, melted into what I've felt as "an overwhelming set of chaos, tragedy and horror disguised in the most calming bliss you could imagine, smelling so dark and alluring at the same time".
