This rating being so high is solely due to the masterful writing of Goofin' on the Job & of The Song I Wrote for Robert Goulet. Without them, this album would be incomplete.
To be honest, not much about this album stood out to me as particularly good except for possibly the self-titled song, and the vocals in some of the songs felt grating at times, such as in Fingerless Gloves.
Very good album, but I felt like I had to just push through a couple of songs that were just decent before I started getting back to great music. However, the sheer quality of songs like Wraith Pinned to the Mist, Oslo in the Summertime, & The Repudiated Immortals more than makes up for it.
