Lil Ugly Mane - VOLCANIC BIRD ENEMY AND THE VOICED CONCERN
83

Insane productions and sound throughout the album. However, I can see where people are coming about "soul crushing" and "depressive" album, but I don't see it, yes the lyrics are really emotional, but the whole vibe doesn't feel that way.

American Football - American Football
70

It's okay, honestly a bit disappointing to me :(

Kobaryo - SUPER WORLD REBOOT
84

My ears bled, but I am not complaining, J-core is really a gem. I can already envision the beatmaps for pretty much all of the tracks on here. While all follow a pretty similar sound, somehow it worked really well and no tracks feel the same and repetitive.

300skullsandcounting - ._x
76

Short but pretty unique and funny lol, always love this guy skit!

東京酒吐座 [Tokyo Shoegazer] - Remains
78

Pretty yay, the last few songs were so goooddd. But I still the songs lack uniqueness imo, making everything blend together, still a great sound though

Lowertown - The Gaping Mouth
72

The album is the opposite of the monstrosity on the cover (love him btw so cool n scary) but nothing too stand-out

Lowertown - Worst Friend
83

Holding out a big thumb 👍

Bassvictim - ?
74

Much more mellow project, still very interesting

Neotokyo Police - Lost at sea
82

Low and Slow = tender record

2umyfantasy - dud2
74

Extremely catchy and eardrum-blowing bass, prolly his best work yet, bit dragged though

Chihiro YGM - LUSH
83

Brain scratchy and atmospheric project, while some tracks burst with energy

kuru - Backstage hologram
74

Triple T homage

o0o - 15015
83

Holy fuck, I was thrown off at first but the more I listen, I realize how beautiful this is wtf

Pink Flamingo - A Fire Burning Through Me
68

This project sure is dense, and walks a fine line between incoherent noise and actual controlled chaos. First 2 or 3 songs built a very eery atmosphere reminds me of flies circling a corpse, or bees, and the after were quite nice actually. However overall it feels like I'm forcing myself to break everything down, it insists upon itself basically, that I do not enjoy

Nine Vicious - EMOTIONS
65

It's actually pretty okay, just too long and no stand-outs

Thundercat - Distracted
70

It's a chill background music album, though I cannot deny the talent of the guy some of the riffs genuinely is mind blowing

Tiffany Day - HALO
82

Arguably I prefer this over U - underscores, it feels much more relaxed

ミドリ [Midori] - Shinsekai
85

CANNOT GET THIS SOUND FROM ANYWHERE ELSEEEE JAZZ PUNK 4LLLL

drug bug - secret admirer
80

I just hit the Jackpottttt!!!!! Hey hey hey hey hey hey hey

93

Aggressive bold, filled with angst, out-of-line typa attitude expressed through Jazz, and punk 2 genres that are notorious for stepping out of line. I am on the edge of my seat creaming in my fucking pants all throughout, literal goosebumps

On huoshan's review of eel - dead load
"> Enveloped in darkness and industrial noise, eel constructs a ceremonial corridor leading to its own demise using avant-garde jazz. It is not merely a collapse of sound, but a path to death, willingly bearing its burdens and heading towards decay and silence. While the overall coherence is somewhat lacking, it remains an auditory feast. Holy fuck you write a mean review my Chinese friend"

"Yeh this reminds me lots of his early work with the eardrum-blowing 808s and drowned out vocals, but it feels a bit more orchestral(?) to me too, i.e. the Blow The Speakers intro, Milk & Honey."
