Muddy Waters - Hard Again
90

Honestly just goes so fucking hard (again and again)

It's difficult to pick a top track as they all kind of blend together wonderfully as one continuous work right from the soul but for now I'd say Bus Driver.

John Lennon & Yoko Ono - Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Virgins
72

I don't know I know this is goofy shit but I enjoy it! AAAAAAAAAA!

Top Track: Side One

Charles Mingus - Mingus Mingus Mingus Mingus Mingus
86

Didn't quite love this like I hoped but still an undeniably very special and fantastic album in its own way.

Top Track: Freedom

George Harrison - Wonderwall Music
70

Not every song works but the most part I thoroughly fuck with this album. Some awesome guitar and sitar work!

Top Track: Greasy Legs

GloRilla - Ehhthang Ehhthang
69

Fun stuff for sure but not game changing.

Top Tracks: Bad Bih Ya, Wanna Be, Yeah Glo!, Aite

Fousheé - Pointy Heights
82

Quite unique and different from other music I have heard but I really vibed with it. Great escapism.

Top Tracks - feel like home, still around, flowers, and closer

Jessica Pratt - Here in the Pitch
90

Such an equally haunting and beautiful listen. Pratt's vocals almost feel like a ghost peeking into my soul and I love it!

Top Tracks - Better Hate, Nowhere It Was

JPEGMAFIA - I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU
92

Honestly might be JPEG's best album, I would have to think about it but goddamn it is so fire from beginning to end with a lot of heart as well.

Favorite tracks - JPEGULTRA!, don't rely on other men, i recovered from this, and I'll Be Right There

David Bowie - ★ [Blackstar]
98

Finally listened to this and yes it is undeniably a true masterpiece and one of if not Bowie's finest work. Definitely the most personal. Letting us all know the true him in his last days. Truly so heartbreaking and emotional.

Wilderun - Epigone
74

Not all of it works for me but there is undeniably a lot of power and emotion present throughout.

Favorite Tracks: Identifier/Distraction III/Passenger

Mac Miller - Balloonerism
79

I am not too familiar with Miller's music outside of Swimming (which is one of my favorite albums of all time) but this feels like an incredibly heartbreaking and creatively moving piece of art to end out Miller's achingly short discography.

Favorite tracks as of now are Excelsior and Stoned.

Paul McCartney & The George Martin Orchestra - The Family Way
68

The first Beatles solo album! But not really because McCartney only does the main theme but this was a mostly pleasant and nice score! Good start.

Ethel Cain - Perverts
96

So haunting and just like an absolute arrow through the heart. Such a special piece of music and art that I hope people come around on over the years.
