The unique genre blending that Junior Varsity produce was already a great sound but on this project, they take it to new levels. All brilliant songs, bar maybe Cody Prince (which is still a great great song). A masterful blend of Indie/rock/hyperpop. I’m a huge huge fan of the instrumentals and love the vocal variety on here too. Brilliant EP. Excited for more JV.

Really well made, smooth, cohesive listen all around. I can defo hear the underscores influence throughout. Vocal performance lacks in some places though, i think i’d also like them in the forefront slightly more in places, the 2nd half has a lot less of these flaws. Additionally some lyrics don’t fully land, but it’s not a major issue, nothing i’m pointing out here is a major issue at all.
