I could write almost an identical review for two metal albums out this week; this and the new Urne album. So many albums this year that people are wetting themselves over that just hit as pretty mid. This is fine, but I cannot understand the rave reviews.
Wanted to like this, like quite a lot of black metal, but just found this to be a muddy, samey, overlong directionless mess for the most part.
